i actually had to leave table in the middle of lunch today because i started crying with jasper. he climbs in his chair and says "i'm hungry" and then as soon as we give him food, he just starts crying and he doesn't stop and it's killing me. killing me. it is against every instinct i have as a mother to not do what i can to meet his hunger need.
it's just awful.

I think about you and Jasper every time we sit down for a meal. It will get better...it has to right?! maybe you should call gma spooner and have her put jasper on her prayer chain...every bit helps right?! hang in there!!!
Lil guy is on a hunger strike. When you want to give in just think if you do it will be even harder the next time. He'll get it and it will end up being a great chapter in blog history when it is all said and done.
I agree, I can't imagine how hard it is, he is SO stubborn! He's fine, he'll eat, he will! Be strong, you're doing the right thing. Never let them see you sweat!
Gina, chill. Of course your child is in charge - duh. Relax and try to enjoy your life.
